With the start of a new year, comes New Year’s resolutions and looking forward to a new start. But what we really need is to stop and pray. Pray and ask God what his plan is for the year ahead. This January, we are reading and reflecting on 4 prayers in the Bible, as we pray and seek God’s plan for us in 2025.

What does is mean to have joy in all its fullness? If joy comes from Jesus, then knowing, submitting our lives, and obeying Jesus is how we can have joy in its fullness. All other experiences of joy outside of being a follower of Jesus are cheap imitations.
